        This is a difficult issue for both the Reading Bus Line & those who are scheduled to take the day trip or extended tour. We regret to say that full refunds cannot be guartanteed in the event of icy/snowy road conditions. Out weather policy is the tour is to go unless the event is cancelled. Reading staff decides whether the conditions are not safe for travel and/or if the State Patrol closes the roads. Every effort will be made to recover whatever costs we can & refund those involved. Often times, event tickets are non-refundable because they have to be paid in advance. Those tickets then become your property once you reserve space for a particular trip. If a tour is cancelled by Reading for reasons other than those weather related, full refunds of monies paid will be reimbursed.

* We take any major credit card as payment for your tours.
* A minimum of 30 people is required to take each tour.
* Shuttle service is provided from your area with 12 or more passengers
   & pickup available if location is en route to our destination for the tour.
* Cancellations involving "non-refundable tickets" may result in a full or
   partial loss of your payment (theatre & other performances).
* Occasionally tours are subject to slight changes due to unforeseen
   situations that are out or our control. We do what is best under the
   circumstances & assure you that the tour will still be rated #1.
